To date, Pulsar Technical Services, Inc. has installed and serviced
thousands of VSAT systems for our clients at private, commercial, and government sites.
Projects have included the
installation of VSAT's at hundreds of United States Postal Service sites, as well as disaster recovery for our digital music
and VSAT customers - for which we've received awards for outstanding service and quick response. We have completed countless
rollouts at financial institutions, law enforcement and fire protection agencies, military bases, service stations, convenience
stores, and pharmacies, just to name a few. We are proud to say that we are often entrusted with performing pilot installations,
when performance and customer satisfaction are at their most critical.
Our experience also includes the installation
of larger TVRO systems, headends, and microwave systems, and we have managed the installation of multi-media projects at colleges
and universities which involve the use of satellite, CATV, microwave, fiber optics, and voice and data technologies to deliver
turnkey private communications networks. Our background also includes the installation and project management of Whittle's
"Channel One" in over two hundred high schools from Philadelphia to Baltimore.
Sound system installations include
everything from small scale retail sites with only a few speakers and an amp - to restaurants with dozens of speakers in multiple
zones along with multiple sound sources, signal processors, mixers, amps, microphones and video displays.
Our technicians
are trained thoroughly and required to view job specifications and any pertinent training videos before being dispatched to
a site. Additionally, all are equipped with spectrum analyzers, laptops, and all test equipment necessary to maintaining
and troubleshooting satellite, sound and A/V systems.
